Margaret Sherrill began her Real Estate career in the Jacksonville area in 2002. She moved her business to Keller Williams Realty in 2005, becoming the first agent hired in the area by the Atlantic Partners Franchise Group. Over the ensuing years, she has held multiple leadership positions, and achieved multiple awards, within the Keller Williams local and national organization. She has been instrumental in helping the KWAP franchise grow to be one of the Top 150 Real Estate brokerages (of 600,000+) in the United States (Real Trends Top 500).
In 2015, in order to provide a higher level of service, she founded the Moving with Margaret Team. Over the past ten years, the MWM team has gained a reputation for high integrity and consistent communication. In 2023, the team sold over 50 homes, worth over $35 million dollars. 94% of their business comes from past customers or personal referrals, speaking to the high quality of the experience that they provide.
